Terms of Service
Effective as of May 19, 2026
This is a binding legal covenant between you (the "User", "Customer", or "Licensee") and Dominion AI Pte. Ltd. ("Dominion"), an artificial intelligence infrastructure corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. This Agreement governs all interactive access to the Dominion intent indexing engine, multi modal telemetry ingestion components, data pipelines, Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) output arrays, and the Prosodic voice processing framework (collectively, the "Services").
By initializing system hooks, deploying client side edge collection scripts, querying the platform data interface, or interacting with the Dominion multi modal pipeline, you signal your unconditional agreement to these Terms. If you do not execute this covenant without reservation, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Dominion system infrastructure.
02. Structural Amendments
Dominion reserves the exclusive right to alter, update, or fundamentally revise the architecture of this Agreement at any point. Material operational modifications will be communicated via notification metrics on the platform root dashboard or transmitted directly to your verified contact matrix. Revisions become legally operative thirty days following public distribution. Your ongoing utilization of system data endpoints following this window constitutes permanent acceptance of the modified framework.
03. Infrastructure Provisioning & Security
3.1 Operational Capacity: You represent that you possess the requisite institutional authority and sovereign registration status to enter into this binding industrial contract on behalf of your enterprise entity.
3.2 Credential Integrity: You are uniquely liable for the security of your integration tokens, client keys, and administrative access profiles. You must inform the Dominion operations desk immediately upon detecting any credential leakage, systemic extraction, or unauthorized endpoint utilization.
04. Telemetry Ingestion & Compliance Warranties
4.1 Data Scope: In utilizing the platform to track behavioral trajectories and prosodic metadata, you grant Dominion the processing rights required to parse, categorize, clean, and map incoming non linear user interactions into abstract mathematical training vectors. All pipeline operations are executed in absolute compliance with the Dominion Privacy Policy.
4.2 Regulatory Indemnity: For all data routed into the platform pipelines from your application surfaces or recording arrays, you warrant that you maintain explicit, compliant end user permissions under local jurisdictions (including the GDPR, EU AI Act, and PDPA) to capture structural interaction patterns and acoustic variables. You agree to insulate and hold Dominion harmless against any regulatory actions stemming from your collection practices at the application layer.
05. Intellectual Property Moats
The Dominion platform architecture, data schema arrays, multi modal tracking logic, structural vector mapping weights, ingestion scripts, underlying Prosodic acoustic modeling frameworks, and anonymized collective training matrices are the exclusive, immutable property of Dominion AI Pte. Ltd. No intellectual property right, transfer, or structural ownership is conferred through your consumption of platform data. You are strictly prohibited from copying, isolating, or tracing any unique internal network mechanism.
06. Exploitation Limits & Model Training Restrictions
Your access license is limited to utilizing Dominion DaaS pipelines for application orchestration, customer trajectory optimization, and verified internal analysis. **You are strictly prohibited from using Dominion data assets, structural vector outputs, prosodic metrics, or compiled training files to reverse engineer, train, fine tune, optimize, or validate any competing machine learning model, foundational network architecture, conversational agent system, or behavioral analysis tracking engine.** Violation of this restriction results in instant revocation of all service access and immediate exposure to legal asset recovery mechanisms under Singapore jurisdiction.
07. Subscription Brackets & DaaS Billing
Platform access is delivered strictly based on the consumption tiers, rate matrixes, data export volumes, and recurring billing terms selected during institutional onboarding. All subscription payments are executed in advance and are completely non refundable. Overages or atypical compute spikes outside your designated operational tier will be auto calculated and billed retroactively at standard platform asset rates.
08. Operational Constraints & Traffic Filtering
To ensure systemic infrastructure reliability across our enterprise network, Dominion reserves the absolute right to run proactive traffic management protocols. This includes the implementation of real time rate limits, data query throttles, telemetry pipeline filtering, and temporary edge blocks on API endpoints exhibiting anomalous behavior or unauthorized mass collection footprints.
09. Total Liability & As-Is Warranties
The Dominion multimodal infrastructure and DaaS data arrays are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" engineering foundation. Dominion makes no structural warranties that platform telemetry outputs will be entirely uninterrupted, error free, or universally aligned with unverified custom models. To the absolute extent permitted under the laws of Singapore, Dominion AI Pte. Ltd. disclaims all liability for missing data sets, pipeline latency, business interruptions, or secondary consequential damages of any kind.
10. Governing Jurisdiction & SIAC Dispute Resolution
This covenant is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without recourse to conflicting legislative protocols. Any operational dispute, legal claim, or technical breach arising out of this framework that cannot be settled amicably within thirty days shall be submitted to the **Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)** for final and binding settlement. Arbitration will be executed in English before a single specialized arbitrator, and the resulting findings shall be non appealable across all international courts.
